Greedy worthless landlords jacking up costs and price gouging, demanding "market price" for housing, creating massive homelessness. The scumbag of the decade award goes to all landlords. Pieces of shit lazy land barons. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Landlords are literally the modern feudal lords of old times, just managing the King's land on behalf of the King. The land and the dwelling is owned by the legal jurisdiction that the property transfer was "recorded" (aka registered....REGIS....KING) with. That legal act of recording transferred legal title to the corporate government that it was registered with. Landlord is a feudal serf just one step up from the serfs they oversee. Feudal lords didn't unblock serf's toilets or repair their roofs. They also paid zero tax, didn't pay utilities. Modern rentals are a business. It's like someone going into a restaurant and calling the chef a kulak and taking all the food for free because of oppression LOOL
