I was a landlord for YEARS.
Decent tenants were few and far between.
Tenants who respected the property
(which was MINE) were even MORE rare.
If someone, ANYONE, came to me looking
for an apartment to rent today?
I would direct them to the farthest
roach motel I could think of.
(especially left-wing relations)

After 40 years the initial investment goes down to zero and the house tends to need immense rebuilding, new heating, roof, paint, gutters, etc etc etc, gardens, etc etc. And then all the taxes etc, rent freezes, what a joke LOL. YOU WILL BEND TO THE NEW RULES OR DIE WATCHING YOUR WIFE BREED SOMEONE WITH AN ADULT SIZED PENIS. CANT WAIT TO DESTROY ANOTHER APARTMENT. HE HE HE I suspect you'd be much more appropriately housed if you could make arrangements for a cage with some litter and a water bottle with a sipper tube inserted from outside. Cheaper for you, more appropriate for the neighbors, it'd be a win all around.
