I saw on social bedha but it should be here too. Friday's blizzard was 100x worse in Buffalo of verse. People got stranded in their cars at the side of the road due to unsafe conditions, then they got buried by the blowing snow, then buried even further by plows, of the plows even made it. No fire trucks, no ambulances, no emissions coming to help. One woman on TT got texts from her sister stuck in her car all day Friday until Sat morning. She couldn't get out of the car and was found later on, dead. She was down the street from a fire station. People have been abandoned and left to die in the cold. However, in all fairness this storm was predicted days and days in advance. Unless this was your first winter/year living in the USA prudence would have told you to buy a few extra frozen pizzas and stay home or close to home if you have to leave. A good weather predictor for me is if the Airlines begin cancelling flights per-emptiveley somethings up. Andrzej

NY is populateed stateeven the upstate just walking few miles should get in a villiage or gas station or another vehicle. Like they were playing with some new machinery and wanted to test out the results. Buffalo got buried but across the river, some areas of Niagara got a dusting of snow. Where I am , we got a few inches of snow and no lost power while 30 minutes away got 3 feet of snow and lost power for 2 days. Plus the freezing temperatures and the intense winds for 2 days.
