The physical land of Israel is not inhabited by people of the "original" lineage. The Balfour Declaration of 1917 and the eventual establishment of the State of Israel in 1948 were orchestrated by the Papacy/Jesuits in order to try and fulfill the false futurist interpretation of prophecy, where a future man of sin will set himself up in "God's" temple here on earth.

If they read their Bibles, they would know that God no longer dwells in temples made with hands. God would never dwell in a future earthly temple where animal sacrifices are made; where Christ the Messiah would be, again, rejected and dishonored. That's why the last temple was leveled to the ground in 70 A.D. It's not happening again.

If any man took over some future, earthly temple and abolished whatever sacrifices were being made in it, that would be a GOOD thing.

Jesus Christ, the true Messiah, made a once-for-all sacrifice over 2000 years ago, doing away with all other sacrifices or requirements of the law.

Original lineage people are being deceived about the Messiah, still, and Christians should provoke them to Jealousy. As Paul says about them in Romans 11:11

"I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy."

There is no separate method of salvation for them. Salvation is through Christ the Messiah, alone. No future temple sacrifices will EVER atone for sins...EVER.
