popsawheelie (OP) User ID: 84286538 United States 01/02/2023 08:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Try regular cardiovascular exercise. Works for me. Make it a lifestyle. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80547513 I did that for years brother, my body is broken from too many crashes and just general abuse. I would need some replacments on knees, shoulders, neck. Don't get me wrong I'm very active I just can't lift anymore or do a lot of walking at 1 time. Knees are shot too hell. extra weight is coming off nicely through intermentent fasting at about 5 pounds per month I've got about 25-30 to go I have not yet begun to defile myself The Fires of time consume all men equally. I jsut looking for real world experience before I buy something. It's a couple hundred bucks every 3 months for DR. and meds I'm just trying to cut him outa my life while my weight comes down. I'll still need something though because my BP has always been a little high even when I was at 190# I have not yet begun to defile myself The Fires of time consume all men equally. I Am Legion |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 51763282 I got into normal rate just by doing a steady 10k every other day - if I slack off for a few month, the blood pressure goes back up. I live in the sticks, the only cycles I have has a motor, and I rarely leave home. Like once a month I go to town. I have not yet begun to defile myself The Fires of time consume all men equally. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80547513 Yep, but if your seriously out of condition and have bad blood pressure take it easy at first, and very slowly build up. If you have such conditions, very slowly build up exercise, as it can be very dangerous. |

My mail box is 1/4 mile away and I have to put on knee braces to walk out there, I genrally wear one all day while I'm working in the shop just to avoid the pain. Like I said I'm broken. It’s weightless and if you can’t swim then stand in the shallow end and do water aerobics In the sticks, no gym withing 50 miles. Woman would love to have a pool but I'm winning that battle so far. Anonymous Coward User ID: 85036197 01/02/2023 08:48 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I did the search here on GLP and have read some stuff on the webs but I'm looking for real world results. Quoting: popsawheelie Did you quit taking RX meds and replace them with a natural remedy? Is so what is your experience. I'm down to a week left on my last script of clonidene and don't want to go back for more. Fasting has helped but i still need to go down a little further. What are you taking and what are the results? I use furosemide. I'd die without. Also take potassium and aspirin. If I go three days without my blood pressure is up up and away. |
