During a High School football game a parent of the visiting team had a heart attack and was attended to by a physician until an ambulance arrived (it was not on-site at time).

The person left completely lifeless according to the trainer who was assisting. However, the victim did revive and recover ultimately.



It can happen. But as noted ,odds are likely long and the silence is deafening.
