You need to create a different reality for yourself.

The world is ALSO filled with the beauty of humanity and the mystery and wonderment of God.

You however, are allowing yourself to be consumed by anger., fear and hatred. STOP.
Most media today is designed to do exactly what it is doing to you.
TURN IT OFF.

Do something for someone else. Help someone, visit with the elderly, spend some time with a child, be kind to someone undeserving. A smile and a hello still can brighten someone’s day. Bring some old blankets to an animal shelter, volunteer. The list is never ending. There are so many out there that are suffering, and you have the ability to alleviate some of it. You aren’t even aware of the power you have. Start small.

You are the author of your story. Perhaps it’s time to change the plot.
