If the attorney is wrong then it was false information meant to give false hope. I don't think an attorney would lie in a written or typed email message. Usually attorneys have to tell the truth or risk disbarment. |

Receiving an email from an attorney giving this information, it is something. Attorney Thomas is his name, the same attorney filed amicus briefs which got rejected for filing yesterday. The PDF files were removed from SCOTUS docket page for the Brunson case. That attorney is the source. This is legit. |
