X1 class flare, not earth directed and no CME associated with it
as a reminder, back in the early 2000s we would get as many as 30 x class flares PER DAY ... some were earth directed and many produced CMEs and NOTHING (serious) happened on Earth, other than dropped cell phone calls and some disruption on the web
I don't know why you are trying to associate the EQ with a flare that happened after the EQ ... Hydra flares are associated with EQ (but not officially) but this isn't one of those
I would focus on the EQ - that was HUGE - and could trigger more large EQs ... and tsumani s ... but the x-1 flare is a "nothing burger"
