Blacks and Muslims in the USA were already warned over a decade ago, that they will be the targets of the USA majority, who will blame them for the downfall, therefore they have been preparing to defend themselves.

Garvey's racist and capitalist ideology always outstripped the Marxist veneer of those groups. They quickly became gangs who distributed product and effectively functioned as paramilitary enforcing segregation in the major cities they were in. They do things like using the one-drop rule to stop unwanted black and mixed children from being adopted or fostered by white parents, leaving them to sit in government institutions also, sometimes for years. There was a scandal when I was young that there were so few black families willing to take them in that the government loosened the regulations considerably due to white parents being blocked and child molesters lined up to get them with the reduced background checks. But I'm sure you don't care about such things.

It will be a fantastic system, but for the tiny West things will get worse, when Western currencies are dumped, when the export of unprocessed raw materials is banned, when Western espionage bases, like embassies and NGOs of Western/NATO countries, are closed, etc. The West is expected to lose tens of trillions of USD income annually.
