Nimrod, the great grandson of Noah, founded the city of Babel (Babylon) after the flood. He built the tower of Babel in Genesis 11 where God dispersed the people and confounded the languages.

Genesis 10:8,10
8 And Cush begat NIMROD: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
10 And the beginning of his kingdom was BABEL, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

The Babylon Mystery Religion Antichrist Trinity:

-Nimrod (Sun god)
-Semiramis (Moon goddess)
-Tammuz, the sun god Nimrod claimed reborn

Nimrod was called Moloch meaning king, and was also called Baal meaning lord.

In Revelation 17, we note the harlot with Mystery Babylon written on her forehead. While Babel/Babylon was an ancient physical land (Nebuchadnezzar also ruled from ancient Babylon), in Rev 17 we are refering to the HARLOT with Mystery Babylon written upon her forehead. In Jeremiah 6:2 and elsewhere we notice God likens his people when righteous to "a comely and delicate woman" or Christ's "virgin brides", whereas in Rev 17 we see the term "harlot" with mystery babylon written on her forehead", implying a perverse religious system. We see Isr el and Joodah playing the harlot in Jer 3:8 as well, cheating on God. The harlot in Rev 17 is cheating on Christ, playing the harlot with baal.

Revelation 17:5
5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth.

Who or what is this Harlot that continues the Babylon Mystery religion of Nimrod.......

“And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.”

The Catholic encyclopedia p 529-Rome:
"It is within the city of Rome, called the city of seven hills, that the entire area of the Vatican State proper is now confined"

Rome is depicted on her imperial coins as sitting on seven hills. Rome was the great power of John’s day, which is known for its seven hills (mountains) named Aventine, Caelian, Capitoline, Esquiline, Palatine, Quirinal and Vimina

Among the early Fathers, Tertullian and Jerome may be cited as referring to this feature. (KA)
“I appeal,” says Tertullian, “to the citizens of Rome, the populace that dwell on the seven hills.”
Jerome, when urging Marcella to quit Rome for Bethlehem, wrote “Read what is said in the Apocalypse of the seven hills.”

Revelation 17:6
“And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.”


Historians estimate that during the Dark Ages and the Inquisition, the Roman Catholic Church killed over 50 million people whom they deemed as heretics, most of which were Christians who dared to own a Bible (which the Church forbid) or proclaimed the Gospel of Christ.

The great historian Will Durant wrote: “Compared with the persecution of heresy in Europe from 1227 to 1492, the persecutions of Christians by Romans in the first three centuries after Christ was a mild and humane procedure. Millions of Christians were burnt at the stake by the Catholic Church.”

Martin Luther was an Augustinian monk, who the Lord called out of the Papal Church.
“The papacy is none other than the kingdom of Babylon, and the violence of Nimrod the mighty hunter… The papacy is a general chase led by the Roman bishop to catch and destroy souls.” The Babylonian Captivity Of The Church

“If you reject the Pope, you must expect to incur every kind of danger, even to lose your life but it is far better to be exposed to such perils in this world than to keep silent. So long as I live, I will denounce to my brothers the sore and the plaque of Babylon for fear that many who are with us should fall back like the rest into the bottomless pit” History of the Reformation vol15 p208

Nicholas Ridley said before being burned to death that the See of Rome is the seat of Satan.
He was the English Bishop of London, he received his Master’s degree in 1525 from Pembroke College, Cambridge.
Ridley, in his farewell letter, before he suffered, he said;
“The see of Rome is the seat of Satan, and the bishop of the same, that maintaineth the abominations thereof, is Antichrist himself indeed. And for the same causes, this see at this day is the same which St. John calls, in his Revelation, Babylon, or the whore of Babylon, and spiritually, Sodom and Egypt, the mother of fornications and abominations upon earth.” (Ibid, p. 45)

Revelation 17:4
4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

Bishops in Rome wear Purple, Cardinals wear Scarlet. Roman mass is done with golden cups, precious jewels are also abundant.

Revelation 17
7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.

When we read Daniel 7 we see mention of the 4 beasts, the 4 great kingdoms from Nebuchadnezzars time in Babylon to the return of Jesus Christ. Through studying the rest of Daniel and history, we can figure out who they are:

1-Babylon
2-Persia/Media
3-Greece
4-Rome

The Roman Beast has 10 horns and 7 heads, the 7 heads are 7 hills where the woman/harlot sits. The Harlot is the Roman Catholic Church and is tied directly to the Roman Beast. While Rome is her headquarters, she also "sits on many waters".

The Roman Catholic Church practices a polluted "Christianized" form of baal worship:

In Baal worship you have the doctrine of purgatory and in Catholicism you have the doctrine of purgatory. In Baal worship you have the belief of the dead visiting the living, and there is a feast held on November 2nd in remembrance of the dead. In Catholicism you have the festival of all souls day held Nov. 2nd, and all saints day held Nov 1st. (all souls day).

Within Baal worship you have a 40 day fasting period for Tammuz, Ezek. 8:14 and in Catholicism you have 40 days of Lent.

Within Baal worship the mother goddess was worshipped as the Queen of Heaven (Jer: 7:18). In Catholicism you have the Virgin Mary worshipped as the Queen of Heaven.

In Baal worship you have the "Queen of Heaven" who is wrath suduer of the pagan god. In Catholicism Mary, is "Queen of Heaven" subdues the wrath of Christ and His Father against sinners.

In Baal worship you have the burning of incense and candles Jeremiah 11:17; Ezek 8:11. In Catholicism you have the practice of burning incense and candles.

In Baal worship chants and repetitive prayers and beaded prayer chants are used. In Catholicism Gregorian chants the rosary is used.

Within Baal Sun Worship the nativity of the Sun, the birth of Tammuz was celebrated on December 25th. The catholic church has the nativity of Jesus and Christmas on December 25th.

Within Baal worship you have The Midsummer festival that is held June 24th. In the Catholic Church you have The Nativity of St. John held on June 24th.

Within Baal worship you have the assumption of Semiramis who became the mother goddess. In Catholicism you have the assumption of Mary, who became the mother of God.

In Baal worship you have the pagan festival of Easter and within the Catholic Church you have the festival of Easter.

In Baal worship you have the resurrection of Tammuz at Easter and the procession of graven images during holy week. In Catholicism and within paganized Christendom you have the procession of graven images of Jesus, Mary, Joseph and Peter, and the saints.

In Baal worship the symbols of the cross is used to symbolize Sun worship. In Catholicism the crucifix is worn around the prelates and Pope neck.

In Baal worship amulets and idols are used to scare away evil spirits. In Catholicism the wearing of crucifixes and medals are displayed for protection. The same can be said about the Greek Orthodox Church with medals and icons.

This compromise between paganism and Christianity has given rise to the "man of sin". As the papal priest and prelates have hooded and cloaked themselves in the robes of Babylonian iniquity they have embraced the Man of Sin.

The Roman Catholic Church came into existence in 312 A.D., within the same time frame of Constantine's so-called "miraculous conversion" to Christianity. Christianity was not made the authorized religion of the Roman Empire until the proclamation of Theodosius 1 in 380 and 381 A.D., Constantine, from 312 A.D. until his death in 337, was actively in the process of concurrently building pagan temples and Christian Churches and was gradually turning over the supremacy of his pagan priesthood to the Bishop of Rome. Constantine's family did not turn over the absolute authority of his priesthood until after the collapse of the Roman Empire. During Constantine's reign, he was the Pontifex Maximus, the chief priest, and was called "The Sun Emperorship' of the sun worship cult. The popes of yesterday and today have also inherited Constantine's title as the self-appointed civil head of the church, 'Vicar of Christ and Bishop of Bishops.' These Babylonian Kings, who were descended from Nimrod, served as both kings and priests of the pagan Babylonian Mystery religions. As Priests they bore the title Pontifex Maximus, or Supreme Pontiff, meaning supreme pathfinder or bridge maker, representing the path or connection between this life and the next, Pontifex Maximus. The popes have ruled upon the throne of Satan, which is the throne of Nimrod, as the hidden god. Popes are guilty of wearing the scarlet robes of Nimrod and the miter of the fish-god, Dagon, plus they carry the shepherd's crook of Nimrod and the mystical keys of Janus and Cybele, who were the pagan god and goddess representing Nimrod and Semiramis respectively.

In St. Peter’s Square in Rome there is an Egyptian Obelisk, which represents the sun God Ra (Nimrod), which is in the middle of a sun wheel.

The Popes took the title of Pontifex Maximus, the title of the Roman Emperors, which can be traced back in different forms to the ancient Babylon. The Babylonian Kings served as both king and priest of the pagan Babylonian Mystery religion.

The Roman Catholic 40 days of fasting of Lent represent the 40 years of Tammuz’s life. It is said that he died when he was gored by a wild boar, which is why eating ham is a tradition on Easter. Easter really represents Ishtar, who points back to the Babylonian moon goddess Semiramis.

Twelve plates that illustrate the twelve labors of Hercules garland the Catholic Encyclopedia. Hercules is another name for Nimrod before he became a deity of the Greeks. The name Molock is another name for Baal-Nimrod-Tammuz. Tam means 'to perfect' and 'mus' 'to burn'. The name Molock is identified with the Roman god Saturn. It is an Ammonite name, which signifies king. Chium is the Arabic and Persian name for Molock, written also as Chevan. In Arabic lexicon, Chium means austere, severe, grave, and judgment. In the Encyclopedia Biblical Chium is of frequent occurrence in Babylonian mythological and religious texts as the name of the planet Saturn.

Alexander Hislop, in his book The Two Babylons said: "after the fourth century, when the Roman Empire had fallen, the Bishops of Rome stepped into Caesar's shoes, took his title of the Pontifex Maximus, the supreme high priest of the pagan Roman religion, sat down on Caesar's throne and wrapped themselves in Caesar's gaudy trappings and that role they continued ever since." The conspiracy to create an established social order comes from within the Roman Catholic Church hierarchy, which is controlled by Jesuit secret societies. Those within this chain of command are associated with a worldwide network of spiritual adepts known as the 'Solar,' or 'Great White Brotherhood.'

The bent cross or broken cross_crucifix is another cross that is significant in the Catholic Church. It is what the pope carries around with him when he interacts with the masses. This bent cross has legions of powerful demons attached to it. This is not a traditional crucifix. Piers Compton, a Roman Catholic, writes in his book, The Broken Cross: Hidden Hand in the Vatican, that this bent crucifix is "a sinister symbol, used by Satanists in the sixth century, that was revived at the time of the Vatican Two. This is a bent or broken cross, on which was displayed a repulsive and distorted figure of Christ which the black magicians and sorcerers of the Middle ages used to represent the Biblical term 'Mark of the Beast'.
