I wish I would have sold my house last year when I wanted. In my area (western suburbs) we are down about 30-40% from last years high.. |

Urban and suburban areas are going to suffer greatly |

Yep the worst is yet to come! Yes--the release of criminals, no "stand your ground" laws. In places like Illinois--if you defend yourself, you're going to be criminally charged. |
