ATF Bans Millions of Guns With New Pistol Brace Rule

Does anyone here have one and if so what do you recommend we do?

I’ve been looking at one on gunbroker and now I’m not sure if I should buy it.

Throw the stupid "brace" away or get a tax stamp and use a real stock problem solved.

It will be overturned by the courts just like the bumbstock rule was

That is fucking stupid! Why the hell should i have to register something i legally bought a few years ago, that was approved by the atf and the fbi approved the transfer ? Now i need to spend another $200 for a tax stamp, and abide by a bunch of federal storage requirements, plus home inspections by the atf?

With registration comes confiscation, and they are after all semiautomatic weapons, it is not just this one item

Fuck them, i am buying another one next week, if they want to turn me into a felon retroactively, they will create a world of shit for themselves, they are 10 million people who fall into this category, many like me are veterans

They won't get away with it. A regulatory agency cannot redefine (change the definition of) the object they regulate.

They cannot say an object is legal, then turn around and "discover" that the object is illegal.

Every gun organization in America is going to sue the ATF, but Biden knows this.

It's all about keeping things tied up in courts, which could take years to sort out.

In Oregon the new 114 law is tied up in the courts now, and the result of 114 is people having to wait moths to get the guns they purchased, or having their gun purchase canceled.

Biden is just using the courts to fuck everything up for Americans, and get them frustrated enough not to even think about buying a gun.
