The difference between Biden and Trump is Trump had a special room the feds built in his house to keep the documents safe and Trump had a reason to have them there, and they had already cataloged the documents he had. Biden wasn't supposed to have these documents outside of his official capacity in a secure office, was keeping them in his house without the knowledge of the government, and they were in an unsecured location.
