Since almost everyone, black or white, lost everything in the Great Depression, it seems like only people from before that time should be considered for reparations, doesn't it?

Five million apiece for anyone who is of provable slave heritage, who was alive before that point in time? That's like a half dozen people or so, but I could get behind that one.
