I think that Trump should be able to sue all of those involved civilly for damages and for removing his chance to really be president along with all the other clowns since it was proven untrue and bought and paid for by the opposition. He should sue Pence and Bar and the others for January 6th nonsense too. It would be a huge lesson for them. I don't understand why he can't.

It is extremely difficult to meet a federal judge’s requirements. An example is a family suing the ATF, a few years back, after their raid and shootout with a gang resulted in an agent’s stray bullet striking a wife and mother of three in her own home, two houses away, and killing her. The judge dismissed the case even though state and federal investigators determined the bullet came from the agent’s handgun, and that he was reckless in his firing angle. The family sued under different statues three times and the same judge dismissed all of them. An innocent life taken and no justice for the family caused by the poor training of the ATF agents involved.
