Race Card Tide Change

BLM was a bridge too far.

They thought they were winning but that shit went to far and white people are pissed off.

Take the recent taqueria shooting in Houston as an example. The shooter who put down the robber who was stupid enough to bring a fake gun to a gunfight is being hailed as a hero.

BLM is done.

Where I work, it used to be ok to wear BLM crap because HR and everyone else was too afraid to enforce dress code policy.

Now, you will be walked out the door immediately if you wear that shit.

Society hasn't lost. It's just waking up to the fight.

Keep trying to push your shit agenda and you will lose.

You'll lose the whole gravy train you've gotten used to and be forced to live in a world of true equality you are ill equipped to deal with.

Perhaps BLM may finally be noticing they are a pawn in their own demise? Comprende usted?

The old era civil rights leaders are dying off as well.

Yes, very true.

They take a few woke companies and play up their woke policies but I don't think a majority of companies are anywhere like that.

Our company never tried to force vaxx us.

You can't walk into any bathroom you choose to identify with here.

Women are recognized as women and their rights protected same as everyone else's.

I've been involved in firing white, Hispanic, black and (rarely) asian.

I don't have to like anyone just because they are this or that. I do have to respect them and give them equal opportunity based on their reliability, skills and initiative. All of which I am perfectly happy to do.

My circle of friends at work are all reliable, competent and respectful people. I don't make it a point to hangout with people that aren't that.

When we choose people for our team, that is simply what we look for and no one is going to force a bad choice on us just to fill a diversity box.
