There may be people that simply can't miss a paycheck and therefore will do whatever they need to keep that paycheck, but weren't dumb enough to submit their longevity to do it or were able to work around the rules placed in front of them. No need for any of them to fake a card because they were not required to even have cards. But there were people who had the money and connections to the right doctors that could give them legit cards without the shots. Russel Brand even said many celebs he knows paid good money to get fake cards because of SAG mandates. I don't have that kind of money or connections nor did I have an employer mandate.
