And while you're at it, there a few things that can be healthy to take, that happen to work for these situations but also for cancer and a host of other conditions, unless you're allergic to a certain thing, they're actually beneficial. D3, K2, Nac and Bromelain, selenium too. Quinines and quercetin and zinc. Curcumin and biopiperine.
