And while you're at it, there a few things that can be healthy to take, that happen to work for these situations but also for cancer and a host of other conditions, unless you're allergic to a certain thing, they're actually beneficial. D3, K2, Nac and Bromelain, selenium too. Quinines and quercetin and zinc. Curcumin and biopiperine. Oil of oregano, collodial silver and nattokinase doesn't hurt either before bed, once you've cleared allergies. The Devil tries to convince everyone he doesn't exist.
