The pd knows they are fucked. That's why they immediately called the state Bureau of investigations in with the states team of lawyers to help make up a case to charge him with something. Had it not been for his indoor cameras they could've gotten away with anything they wanted to put in their reports. That would've likely ended with this man spending years in jail.. Years in jail because of crooked police making fictitious claims of charges in order to cover up their own incompetence.!

My guess is the person who shot him is the one who placed the call (or had someone place the call.) They came to kill him. Nothing else makes sense.
