A few years ago, they built a pavilion, where people could have picnics...Almost daily the police have to run off the homeless, who think they can live in the shelter and sleep on the picnic tables...They will sit there all day and night...I don't see them eat or take a piss...They never move until the cops make them... So, let's discuss this comment you made. Humans organize into groups so that the work is divided up (some farmers, some carpenters, etc.) and to protect their goodies from other groups that decide to come and kill them to get their stuff. Somehow, we humans end up with "homeless people". Now, in the animal kingdom, there are groups that organize for hunting (lions), protection of the herd (caribou) and protection of territories (meerkat). All with different types of structures and rules of the group. Humans are far, far more creative than the rest of the animals. We build things, like houses, roads, computers and we farm for food.
