This is them showing authority over the internet.

The internet or digital space will be seen as a sort of 'world government'...That they will 'regulate' (fill with propaganda) and require 'ID' to log-on.

It will be interesting to see what these un-elected sociopaths decide to do in the way of "sanctions."

They can block Twitter, the way that Chy-Na blocks almost everything, but that's easy enough to get around.
