Girlfriends, it's time we talk about cougar puberty

Granny panties are amazing. When I started with my early symptoms there was a lot of bloating and I couldn't stand anything pressing against my stomach. I could wear 3 different size pants over a week, it was crazy how bad the bloating could get. At a certain point comfort becomes the priority over style.

Bloat torture has thankfully settled down but other symptoms have come along.

I hear tales of these amazing women who sail through it without skipping a beat. I could never be so lucky.

Tried HRT 5 years ago and it messed me up worse, plus the birth control pills had me gain 10lbs in less than 2 weeks. I threw that shit in the trash and decided I would just ride it out naturally.

But yeah nobody ever gave me the "menopause talk". It's quite honestly a train wreck. But that's aging for ya...

Bumping for my sisters

I think her symptoms are her own or maybe those who naturally go through menopause get these symptoms.

I went through menopause early, starting at 26 due to medical issues.

My symptoms were hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings. The mood swings were a bit worse for me than pre-menstrual mood swings. Other than that, none of those other symptoms apply.

For the ladies out there who haven't experienced it yet, post-menopause is the best!
