So ...
In other words Schiff is saying that the US Intelligence Agency has ALREADY GONE ROGUE and have already executed a Soft Coup against the elected officials of the United States.
Doesn't surprise me ... the US Intelligence Agencies /Alphabet Agencies have been THE POWER in the US ever since they murdered a President back in 1963 and got away with it. It is just strange that a major politician would actually talk about the Alphabet Agencies are now rogue players and running events from behind the curtain openly.
