Justified Or Nah? Texas Woman Shoots Alleged Purse Snatcher Caught Outside Walmart... Leaves Scene W/ Gun When Police Arrive To Arrest Him!

If the guy had a weapon on him, she would be justified in not letting him leave the scene to hurt another. If he kept threatening to kill her or anyone tryin to contain him she might be justified as well. It only takes fearing for your or another life, its not just yourself, you can defend a total stranger in Texas If he did not, she shot him in the back trying to flee. This is Texas so there is alot more leeway with justified shootings.

Not sure what the DA is like in Waco, if its a woke lefty they will try to prosecute her. If its a red blooded patriot DA, if there is such a thing anymore..she will be left alone.
