After watching all four videos I can see that Tyre was obviously resisting, however the use of force after he was handcuffed was uncalled for but what do you expect from low iq gorillas like those patrolling the streets? The moral of the story should be: Don't hire black as cops.

I once did stress tests for pre employment at a major metro police department. The union had a deal where the current cops could come back and get tested for a bonus if their aerobic fitness was 70th percentile or above. Not one ever came back.
