strange that a word invented by white people is the only word white people can't speak.

I learned that from here, I call them that just in front of family because I find it mildly amusing as I know it sort of disturbs them.

Hard habit to break. I was thought that but once I grew up and realized how offensive it was I stopped. It still slips through the filters though unfortunately.

I blame mostly my grand parents.

Always part of the Christmas stocking contents, big apple, orange, assorted nuts and a candy cane. Those ****** nuts hard to crack open. Stopped using that name by the 70's.
Folks would always point out their stocking when kids only had an apple or orange.

My parents called them that too.

On a side, they are very high in selenium. But also toxic if you eat too many. 3 a day is plenty.

Just bought a bag at costco. So good. Melt some chocolate and paraffin and dip these.
