Since the damages are far too large to ever be paid by national currencies, places like Bank of International Settlements, World Bank, UN, WHO etc work out a healthcare and pharma-based GLOBAL CBDC as a "payment" by the responsible parties to the injured parties to "make them whole" legally speaking. This "payment" in form of creation of a new digital currency actually enriches thoses responsible in the same way the founder of a grptogurrency would be enriched and empowered by others adopting it.

Since a regulatory body would be needed for the global digital currency to enforce it, this stars the official "health governance" they've all been prattling on about.

People will adoptbitbinnthe end because they will be made to feel they are owed it. They will accept health tracking via digital identity as part of paymentb"for their health" and out of fear of the unknown effects of mindlessly complying.

Pride and profit prohibits anyone admitting if it's BS, maybe in 50 years.

Also because if it's a scam and made public, no one will trust the medical institutions again, and they will never allow that.
