The advertiser's algorithm is likely noticing an uptick of "died suddenly" and cardiac issues on all of their platforms, so they cater their ads to that. I think it reinforces the notion that there is a huge uptick in people "dying suddenly" sibce the rollout of the experimental COVID-19 injections.
