Anyone else noticed dogs acting nuts lately?

My dog has been licking its nuts more

Yup, cat is acting super weird too. This cat loves attention and I can be petting her, she’ll dash out away from me and start following things on the ceiling, I see nothing, but she does. She’ll do this for a minute or two, then come back to me for more petting and purring... then she dashes out and starts tracking things again that I don’t see. This will go on and on. She just started doing this.
