How about crappy drivers? Drivers that try to get you stuck on a red light, as they take extra long going through a yellow light. People stopping dead in the middle of a high way where the speed limit is 55, because a regular bus ( not a school bus) puts on its lights. Or lets a bunch of cars cut in line, just to be a dick to the people lined up behind him?
