Vienna sausages. Who can't afford Vienna sausages?

Anyway, I have a can of the recalled meat. Doubt I could find the receipt for it. Don't know if it's worth taking back to Walmart if I could find the receipt.

Anybody want a can of Great Value Vienna Sausage, with "P4247" stamped on the bottom?

That can of Vienna sausage I bought wasn't a prep. I bought it to eat. I almost added it to a can of beans the other day to make beanie weenies. Not all of us can afford steak, salmon, or whatever you're eating.

I don't believe it, because I ate two cans. One two days ago, one today. Nada. Only had two laying around and it snowed a bit and I didn't feel like going out so I done them in.

I think they know millions of people stocked up on them. Just like chickens and eggs, this is another attack.

I would mark them with a marker, save them. If anything feed them to the dogs

Vienna sausage actually has a long shelf life....I found a 16yr old box that missed rotation and my curiosity got the better of me....I checked for discoloration, swelling, and odors before eating....the flavor was faded as was the color.....the primary taste was salt and the sausages were very soft....but they didn't give me any digestive distress....tho much maligned they are a cheap protein source that stores well....at least 16yrs anyway....

We use to get them in summer school lunches......LOL....now I'd eat a can once in awhile....but only the premium spam brand.....the treet brand is no bueno....

If you're going to buy canned meat get deviled ham. Looks like cat food but tastes awesome especially when mixed with mayo and mustard on a sandwich.
