Drive to a time zone border and rent a hotel room or buy a home that spans the two time zones. Sleep in one time zone until 3:30am, then have an alarm wake you up so you can quickly roll over to the other side of the bed or go and sleep in another room where it is already 4:32am in the next time zone. Problem solved, because you never again experience 3:33am.
