Drive to a time zone border and rent a hotel room or buy a home that spans the two time zones. The trick is to be asleep by then, not go to sleep. It's called the witching hour for a reason, and 3:33 is the dead of night. There really is something to the myth that nothing good happens after 12 midnight until sunrise. Work harder and get more exsersise, then be asleep by midnight. Don't eat candy or things that disrupt your sleep before bed; try not to eat at all after dinner. You're surroundings have a lot to do with it and where you are sleeping. Don't have any TV or radio on, make sure you're PC is in another room.
