In New Zealand last year the government refused to let seasonal workers in who bring the wheat harvest in and other crops in.

Massive crops in the fields and the heart broken farmers had to watch most of it go to waste as the machines are hard to drive and they couldn't get the crop harvested.

Yep that's a solution, I know in Brittany/France they do stuff like that when stupid rules are implemented (used to live there), but they do generally stand together over there. It only works if they all work together.
