I've only seen this kind of behavior twice in my life.

My maternal grandmother was paranoid schizophrenic and obsessed with "spiritual perfection" when she was off her meds. She also gave a tea party (high tea) for the Queen Mum who was "visiting her" while I was staying overnight at her house. She was never dangerous, but I recognize some things that are very similar between her and this girl in the video.

The second was a fellow in our Bible Study group when I was 15 years old. He went by the name of David King, back then. He was extremely militant and believed he was Christ returned. Needless to say, he got kicked out of the Bible Study.

He died in Waco and we later found out his real name was Vernon Howell.
