I didn’t but my Uncle invested in one for several year. When the price started peaking he went to withdraw. No gold. No money. IRA companies are supposed to have insurance and this one claim they did with a return of principal. Nope. Fake too. Luckily not all his eggs were in one basket. I don’t know if his case is the rule or the exception but be careful.

In the real world, you dont have jack shit but promises because you didnt cash out and realize any gains or losses.

I have my PMs solely as a hedge for when the USD completely shits the bed. Paper metal doesn't really work too well when the PM is just one and zeros in an online ledger that you may or may not even be able to access when SHTF. Good luck trying to get good delivery of those PMs when the economy crashes. The USD is losing its global reserve status with the Saudis now entertaining pricing oil in a basket of currencies. We're living in a Weimar 2.0 environment and the shaky house of cards will be coming down soon. Buck Tardwater
