 Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The Greek word "apostasia" in 2 Thessa-lonians 2:3 is it Rapture or Apostasy? The Greek word apostasia [Strong's G646] was used twice in the New Testament: 2 Thessa-lonians 2: 23 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away G646 first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Acts 21: 21 And they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jaws which are among the Gentiles to forsake G646 Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcisedd their children, neither to walk after the customs.If we are to translate the Greek word apostasia to mean rapture in 2 Thessa-lonians 2: 23, then this translation does not make sense in the case of Acts 21: 21 at all.
