The OP is sort of right but not in the way he thinks. There's not going to be any settlement.

What is going to happen is a UBI that eventually you have to get vaccinated to be able to receive. The unvaccinated will somehow have to pay for that.

Everyone who took the shots are slated to die over the next upcoming years. The government isn't interested in paying them. They did it to separate out who actually might survive and who's easy to get rid of.

They're currently gearing up for a new pandemic and eventually a complete economic self-destruction so they can throw away the dollar, make us suffer during it, and then introduce a brand new system that we really don't want. So no one will have any money either way, vaccinated or not. The dollar and other currencies are reaching the end of their lifespan. The future of humanity doesn't include those things.

This isn't going to blow over by weakly trying to petition the government for some cash payouts for your troubles. It's really just superficial to care about such things. The unvaccinated and vaccinated are on the same side, we're not enemies. Our real enemies are trying to destroy both of us and they're lining up more hammers to fling our way.
