European Union conducts a study which talks about RFID chipping its citizens.

This paper briefly explains the technology of RFID chip implants; explores current applications; and considers legal, ethical, health, and security issues relating to their potential use in the workplace. Compulsory use would be likely to encounter legal and ethical challenges. Even voluntary use might be subject to challenges, for example, on data protection grounds. It seems that the risks of adverse health effects in humans might be considerably less than some have suggested, although they cannot be entirely discounted without better evidence. Contrarily, although there are indications of improvements in recent years, the benefits in terms of enhanced security might not be deliverable with the vulnerability of current RFID chip technology. This document was prepared by Milieu/IOM Ltd at the request of the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs of the European Parliament.

Conspiracy theories my ass. Anyone remember the interview with Aaron Russo, where he talked about meeting Nick Rockefeller? I remember he said the planned endgame was to implant everyone with a chip and people like the elites would have a status with their, which would them allow to do anything they want.

I think, thats the whole interview. Very watch worthy for anyone who didn't see it. Especially if you consider what Russo said there about america. Died in 2007 with 64 years, so the interview is atleast 16 years old.
