John Jay Harper is a retired electronics engineer and mental health counselor with the US Department of Defense. He initially began his studies of science because of an uncanny insight to the workings of radios, rocks, and rockets, as he says, building crystal-radio sets as well as homemade missiles as a child. Then upon completion of high school he joined the US Army and because of his basic mastery of the subject-matter, was sent to an elite training program at the Army Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Later he completed formal academic schooling in electronics, counseling psychology, and health sciences, then went on to complete a successful 25-year career with the DoD working at such diverse Top Secret facilities as the Naval Weapons Center, China Lake, California and Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Keyport, Washington. Today he is a researcher, writer, public speaker, and editor-in-chief with Reality Press in California focused upon earth changes impacting climate, consciousness, and civilization in era-2012, also known to astrophysicists as Solar Cycle 24.

Just like to mention if anyone doesn't know already is that John Jay Harper and James Gilliland both had near death experiences and are now more in tune to things happening in the future. Both of them just recently are seeing a very large quake for the west coast with James saying something will occur in Iran first and then the west coast and now John seeing a quake happening. Very Interesting!

I was shown this same earthquake some five years ago and that it would happen before this fall and at that time I told myself other visionaries would see this as the moment approached. Well here are many dreamers and visionaries are now seeing this event. From what I was shown or should I say from what I experienceed in the vision over five years ago was greater then 10.0 or more. The wave motions moved from west to east coming from the west coast of Mendocino. The mountains were heaving 100s of feet up and down as the waves came through and this takes place when there is a moon out at night. The whole country will feel this quake as the waves move all the way to the east coast as they lessen. There will also be a massive volcanic eruption in the coastal hills just inland from the center of the quake. I thought at first people would have warnings of the eruption but now I'm seeing that they won't as evryone in the area will be taken by surprize. with most of them crossing over at once due to ash and the ocean surging in and making a sea of the sacramento valley all the way down to Bakersfield, believe or not. I've been quiet as of late from posting on another website where some know me so I could quiet the mind and focus but it hasn't gone the way that I would have liked as my finger nails are bitten down to nothing as the time frame come to an end for what was shown to me.

Oh by the way just so the non believers push in. When I had this vision I lived near the Eureka area and a few months afterwards I knew I had to get away from there. In that great quake vision I was shown the a house I lived in as I stood outside at night when the quake struck with boulders crashing down from the mountain behind me with the mountains across from the house. Well I move to the mountains and one day after I moved in I noticed this was the house in the vision and the exact same moutains across from the house with large boulders up on the mountain behind me. Also I didn't have any plans on moving prior or just after the vison.

Well, I keep seeing a major, and I mean major, EQ in CA but am not getting that it is immanemt. I will keep pressing in on it because I am seeing and feeling something big. I am waiting on that certain tone first.

However I am seeing this and in a big way today. Something is coming here, like Divine Justice, I mean the flat out Face of God, making a stand here so absolute that "demon-people" start screeming and running to get away from it. It is the absolute buck stopping. There is no question in their minds even that their day is up. Final. It was so in my face today I could touch it.

Earlier today, there was an increase in amplitude on channel 4 (bottom ), which is visible on the Near Real-time Web Page. It began prior to the M3.7 earthquake epicentered at Bayview, California at 20:30 UTC.
[It may be a precursor] to a megathrust seismic event.
