I had an OBE last night. It was intense. Anyone with a similar OBE experience

To keep the story short, I was in spirit form and I knew this. There was a mirror several feet from me. I went to it to look at myself even though I had no body. Yet I was able to see myself. I gazed at myself from a third person frame of reference. It was very profound. I was elated and because of this my head swelled up like a balloon about to burst! it forced me to tone down my emotion to avoid it exploding. Also my eyes were positioned in a geometric way, perfectly lined. When my head swelled it looked like that poisonous puffy fish. I forget its name.
