What i saw was an effect of the camera mounted to a building giving the perception of several feet of lift the ground does roll in a quake I have been outside during a roller quake, and the fround only needs to displace a few inches up and down like waves from a pebble thrown in the middle of a calm pond. The earth can liquify under the right conditions, i have seen farm equipment sunk after a roller. At the end of the day this ripple motion makes buildings shudder under the stresses, the taller the building the greater the vibration, ever see the vids of skyscrapers dancing in an earthquake. Crazy shit this world we live in, like there is enough water on and in the earth to flood the planet so only the tops of the tallest mountains are free of the water. Eventually we will as humankind witness again a biblical event.

I've lived thru many quakes, the largest were almost the magnitude of this one, but I was much farther away, about 100 miles. This is absolute proof of the power of the planet.
