Why are miscengenated socities the most violent?

Countries like Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, various US cities, are the most violent places in the world, and the common factor is they're highly miscengenated.

I guess in these type of societies kinship between people is weaker and more superficial, hence people more readily commit violence against each other?
