The HOMELESS and UKRAINE -- why is US money going to a corrupt dictator instead of helping the homeless?

ALL of that money could be used to get people out of that situation. Most of them are there not because they're lazy but because of economics and often they are mentally ill. But, our loving government doesn't give a single crap about them.

BUT, bring in illegals from south of our border and they will bend over backward to help them.
