similar happened to me twice.I am in australia.I believe it was shedding from a vaccinated sheeple who fell for the routine.It went away fast.If it is the same it will go.Use some skin cream have a shower etc

it's just an allergy, likely to laundry detergent. Happens later in the afternoon as your skin gets drier, and more likely to happen in the winter because your skin dries out. Put some hydrocortisone cream on it and take some Benadryl. Start taking fish oil.
