In that they can only raise a certain % over a a certain duration t= time

In just 4 years rents have tripled.

I lived out of a VW camper bus while I worked for the aerospace industry, making test chambers.

A couple of use did it, and parked our vehicles in the business's parking lot at night. It was nice because a security service kept the place safe. I did that for about three years, and had a lot of fun with all the extra money. I was always taking my girlfriend to restaurants and the movies.

Found a privately owned dump to live in with very cheap rent; in fact I was able to convince the landlord to reduce the rent after the first six months of living here.

We are hearing from our friends that they can’t make it anymore. They are getting discouraged. Ford plant workers, business owners, etc. The middle class is getting slaughtered by this inflation.
