Your dosage and timeline for IVR is wrong.
You're right to suggest it, but not like that.

Your body needs more of an intense shot of IVR, but not as often as every day. Twice a day. 0.2mg*kg of weight. The easy dosage is take your weight in pounds, subtract the last digit and that's how many mg of IVR to take twice a week (Mon - Thur). Example, 150 pounds = 15 mg of IVR twice a week.
