Also the one year shutdown of small businesses (the backbone of American economy) made mom and pop stores take the easy government loans, and now the government wants the loans paid back.
Which are large monthly payment amounts.
Most small business owners work in their business. When the shut down happened - no jobs were available, so the mom and pops had to take the loan or else lose their business.
A lot of small businesses are closing now, which will only leave large corporations available to the public
