Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practise to deceive

It started out harmless enough.

Tell one little harmless lie to get what you want.

Pooh, that worked out well!

Then you tell some lies. And then some more.

Hey! This is fun!

Then you have to tell a few lies to cover up the first lies. Then some more.

And more. And more. And more.

And then, before you know it, you've told so many lies that you're so tangled up in them that all you can do just kinda squirm around. You're stuck.

Uh oh.

Trapped in your own web of lies.

And people laugh at you while you slowly strangle yourself to death.

Too bad.

We'll be seeing more and more of these sorry creatures flapping around like this as the days go by.
